I never truly used it in flight so cannot comment on its full working status. I never used my DME equipment as immediately replaced it with newer avionics. I am listing this as a used part with unknown working condition but will say that when did test the panel and turn on power to my Dme equipment gauges would move DME counter start showing numbers until maxing out at 999. Used and removed from a 1973 Cessna 177B.
