Connectors are NBC f both ends. Case is not water proof. Internal filter capacitors are 10vdc electrolytic type which would indicate the supply voltage should be around 5 CDC maximum. Power is hybrid on the coax cable.

Tuning range is not tested, modification for 135 khz may be as simple carefully moving the slug with a plastic tool. Visible in the last picture.

Ferret slugs do not take metal screwdrivers.
