Here is a Bendix vhf power amplifier, pa 2018 a, with an aluminum mounting tray I think that's what you call it I have no info other that what I can see, and don't know how to test it, but as it was no longer sealed, I pulled the screws and opened it up for a picture. Unit has a serviceable tag tapped to the top, bench tested, assuming it was a pass from this, quite a long time ago.
