It would make a nice display piece. Control Radio Set, Aircraft Corp, Vintage.This item is as-is/ untested/ non working. It seems to be an old military item based on the research I've done which was not extensive. There is some corrosion on of the hardware and pins one connectors see photos.

The two dial knobs work, but the volume and squelch are seized. The item has scratches, scuffs and nicks.
