You are buying on an old Collins vhf nav comm radio control unit 614u 5 sear Cara Tao c37b, c38, c34, c36, c40 cat. The dates on the inspection tags are coded or something, so it is hard to figure out, yet the unit appears to have never been used, but I really don't know for sure.
