This is a VHF antenna used on various types of aircraft. This one was removed during tear down and has been in storage since. Unfortunately it is not tagged and I have no way to test so listing AS IS. Sensor Systems VHF Aircraft Antenna P/N S65-8262-2.

The mounting flange is also undamaged and the data plate pictured in final image. It is in good condition and not punctured or cracked although it somewhat dingy see pictures.
